Holiday Sale｜Tullamore D.E.W. 12 Year Old Special Reserve Irish Whiskey｜ Other Products

Tullamore D.E.W. 12 Year Old Special Reserve Irish Whiskey is the aged version of the original triple-blend Irish whiskey. Like the flagship, it combines all three styles of Irish whiskey, grain for sweetness, malt for fruit and pot still for spice, triple distilled and matured in bourbon and Oloroso sherry casks, but here every component is at least twelve years old. It is bottled at 40% ABV.The aroma shows early spice followed by red wine, nuttiness and a light woody note from twelve years in oak. The palate has a deep spice and a robust yet creamy body cloaked in chocolate, with dried fruit and nuts giving a praline note. The finish is long and rich with citrus, chocolate, raisins and marzipan lingering. Drink it neat.Named for Daniel Edmund Williams, the distillery manager whose initials are on every bottle, this 750ml release is a serious step up from the standard Tully.
