Elements of Islay Bourbon Cask Islay Blended Malt Scotch Whisky｜ Other Products

Elements of Islay Bourbon Cask is one of three core releases from the independent bottler Elixir Distillers, whose periodic-table-style Islay bottlings have a cult following among peat lovers. The Bourbon Cask edition is a blended malt drawn entirely from Islay distilleries and matured exclusively in ex-bourbon American oak, letting the island's smoke and salt show through without sherry sweetness.Bottled at a hefty 109 proof (54.5% ABV), non-chill-filtered and naturally colored, in a 700mL bottle, it delivers classic Islay character with full force: dry peat smoke, sea spray and lemon on the nose, then vanilla, honey, green apple and a wave of ashy, medicinal smoke on the palate, finishing long and saline. It is the purist's choice in the range, a high-strength Islay dram for drinkers who like their smoke clean and their bourbon wood bright.Buy Elements of Islay Bourbon Cask Islay Blended Malt Scotch Whisky online with fast shipping right to your door.
