Bold｜Maton Redwood Dreadnought Cutaway Acoustic-Electric Guitar - Tobacco Sunburst｜ Other Products

The Maton Redwood Dreadnought Cutaway Acoustic-Electric Guitar introduces a new tonal voice within Maton’s acclaimed acoustic lineup, combining a sustainably sourced Redwood (Sequoia Sempervirens) soundboard with Tasmanian Myrtle back and sides. This unique pairing delivers a complex, expressive tone with exceptional clarity, enhanced sustain, and a dynamic response that rewards subtle changes in playing technique.
Tonally, the Redwood top provides a character similar to Western Red Cedar but with stronger treble presence and responsiveness, while Tasmanian Myrtle adds warmth and a smooth, maple-like balance. The result is a highly musical instrument with rich overtones and an engaging, inspiring feel that makes it hard to put down. Built with Maton’s renowned craftsmanship and AP5 PRO electronics, this model is designed for serious stage and studio performance. Available at Sky Music Australia, it also includes a premium Maton hard case.
