Each year, the Winchcombe Show relies on the support of volunteers. There are many ways you can help to support the show. Please contact us if you would like more information.
The show needs volunteers to:
- Run the tea tent (or help out as much as you can)
- Help set up the show on the Saturday and Sunday, and to help clear up after the show has finished on Monday afternoon
- Assist with the running of the show as part of the committee
Volunteering for the show does not need to be a huge time commitment for any individual volunteer. The more volunteers we have, the less any one person has to do.
And better yet, all volunteers gain free entry to the show on the day!

Supporting Winchcombe and beyond
Every year, thousands of pounds are donated from proceeds of the show to local causes. Recent recipients include Winchcombe Young Farmers, the Town Council Greening Group and the Rewilding Group, Radio Winchcombe, WAM, Winchcombe Gardening Club, local schools and a number of local sports clubs.

Join the committee
The committee responsible for the Winchcombe Country Show is a small group of very friendly volunteers. We are always delighted to welcome new members to the committee, regardless of how much or little experience they have or time they can commit.
As a group, we are motivated by a desire to raise as much money for local causes as possible, and the opportunity to offer local groups and businesses a platform to raise their profile in the local community.
We also aim to provide an opportunity to come together to celebrate our fabulous town and residents in a memorable, fun and reasonably priced day out.
