Brucato Chaparral is a California digestivo from Brucato Amaro in San Francisco, made in the tradition of the alpine herbal liqueurs of Italy and France but built from the botanicals of the California coast. Inspired by the medicinal yerba santa tinctures of the 19th century, it combines yerba santa, anise, mint, cardamom, California bay leaf, tarragon and clove, macerated incrementally, whole and fresh, in a neutral grape distillate from California. Bottled at 46% ABV in a 750ml bottle. The taste is intensely herbal and green: sweet anise and cool mint up front, then resinous yerba santa, bay leaf and tarragon with warm cardamom and clove, finishing long, dry and bracing. Sip it neat after dinner or ice-cold from the freezer, or use it like green Chartreuse in a Last Word or a Chaparral and tonic. A cult San Francisco bottle that tastes like a hike in the coastal hills.Buy Brucato Amaro Chaparral Liqueur online with fast shipping right to your door.
