Kilchoman Cognac Cask Matured 2023 Edition is a limited release from Islay's farm distillery, founded by Anthony Wills at Rockside Farm in 2005 as the first new distillery on the island in 124 years. Fully matured in casks that previously held Cognac, it pairs Kilchoman's peated Islay spirit with the fruity, floral opulence of French brandy, bottled at 100 proof, non-chill-filtered and naturally colored. The nose marries peat smoke, brine and coastal notes with the rich sweetness of dried fruit, honey, oak and warm spice, then a bold, smoky palate where Islay peat is interwoven with Cognac-soaked dried fruit, dark chocolate, toffee and baking spice, finishing long and indulgent with smoke and brandied warmth. A one-time bottling that has become a collector's gem for Kilchoman fans and a fine gift for a Cognac drinker curious about peat.Buy Kilchoman Cognac Cask Matured 2023 Limited Edition Islay Single Malt Scotch Whisky online with fast shipping right to your door.
