California Distilled Spirits Darjeeling Gin｜ Other Products

Darjeeling Gin from California Distilled Spirits marries the tradition of gin with the distinctive character of Darjeeling tea, the prized black tea of the Himalayan foothills. Made by the small craft distillery in Auburn, in the Sierra Nevada foothills of Northern California, it is a spirited, innovative gin built around a full tea infusion rather than a token botanical.Bottled at 88 proof, it opens with classic juniper, coriander and citrus mingling with the fragrant, muscatel notes of Darjeeling leaves on the nose, then a smooth, well-balanced palate where juniper leads, herbaceous botanicals follow and the tea adds gentle tannin, bitterness and floral depth, finishing crisp and refreshing. It makes a remarkable Gin and Tonic with a lemon wheel, a fine Martini and an unusual, elegant base for an Earl Grey-style Collins. A distinctive California craft gin for tea and gin lovers alike.Buy California Distilled Spirits Darjeeling Gin online with fast shipping right to your door.
