Fort Hamilton New World Dry Gin Copper Pot Still Non-Chill Filtered｜ Other Products

Fort Hamilton New World Dry Gin comes from Brooklyn, New York, from the distillery named for the Revolutionary War fort at the mouth of New York Harbor, best known for its New York rye whiskey. Distilled in a small copper pot still and bottled without chill filtration at 80 proof, it keeps the vibrant botanical oils that filtration strips out, for a gin of unusual clarity and depth. The nose opens with fresh juniper, citrus peel and soft floral notes, followed by layers of coriander, angelica and native herbs, then a palate where crisp juniper and citrus meet warm spice, subtle root complexity and a smooth, oily texture rich with botanical nuance, finishing clean, lively and lingering with vibrant herbal echoes. A bold, expressive New World gin for a Martini, a Negroni or a Gin and Tonic, and a natural pairing with Fort Hamilton's rye on a Brooklyn back bar.Buy Fort Hamilton New World Dry Gin Copper Pot Still Non-Chill Filtered online with fast shipping right to your door.
