Selected Choice｜Killing Joke: Killing Joke 2003 (Colored Vinyl) Vinyl 2LP｜ Other Products

Over 15 years since its original release, Killing Joke's legendary self-titled 2003 effort gets a long overdue vinyl pressing courtesy of Spinefarm. Killing Joke would be the UK band's second eponymous album (the first from 1980), and is noted for featuring longtime Killing Joke fan Dave Grohl (of Nirvana/Foo Fighters fame) on drums, alongside production by Gang Of Four member Andy Gill. Grohl's signature drumming breathes fresh energy into the album, renewing the Killing Joke sound for the new millennia.
"It's the first record I've ever done where the drums come last... And also, all the programming and stuff that Andy is doing, the rhythms that they came up with are great. It's not conventional "rock drumming", it's not like conventional rock rhythms. It's challenging. Everything is a challenge" - Dave Grohl
