Production Process: This mezcal is the result of meticulous craftsmanship and time-honored traditions. Madrecuixe agave, a rare and distinctive varietal, is hand-harvested from the wild landscapes of Oaxaca. These precious hearts are roasted in underground pits, where they absorb the flavors of the earth and the smoky embrace of mezcal's heritage. Fermented with wild yeasts and distilled in copper pot stills, this spirit captures the true spirit of the agave and the land.
