Curated Option｜Paul John Oloroso Select Cask Indian Single Malt Whisky｜ Other Products

Paul John Oloroso Select Cask is a sherried single malt from John Distilleries in Goa, India, one of the country's leading whisky makers and a distillery whose malts now win top awards worldwide. It is made from Indian six-row barley, distilled in copper pot stills and matured in American white oak before a maturation in ex-Oloroso sherry casks. Bottled at 48% ABV (96 proof), non chill-filtered and uncolored, in a 750ml bottle. The nose is rich with raisins, dates and figs, oak and vanilla. The palate layers dried fruit, nuts and warm spice over a subtle malt sweetness, with the Oloroso adding depth without heaviness, and the finish is long and gently warming. Goa's tropical heat matures whisky quickly, so it drinks with real age. A great introduction to sherried Indian single malt and a natural choice for fans of Speyside sherry casks.Buy Paul John Oloroso Select Cask Indian Single Malt Whisky online with fast shipping right to your door.
