All-solid sapele warmth with torrefied clarity, Grand Auditorium versatility, and exceptional NOS value

The Taylor NOS 314ce Studio Special Edition Acoustic Electric builds on the long-standing appeal of the 314ce with refined styling, strong all-around performance, and meaningful NOS savings. With its all-solid sapele back and sides, torrefied Sitka spruce top, and versatile Grand Auditorium body shape, this model delivers the warm, balanced response that has made the 314ce a trusted choice for years. As a Taylor NOS model, it offers an excellent opportunity to own a premium Taylor Acoustic Electric at a lower price while still enjoying dependable craftsmanship and long-term value.

The torrefied top adds extra warmth and a more seasoned character, while V-Class Bracing helps enhance sustain, clarity, and projection across a wide range of playing styles. Rounded body edges improve comfort, and thoughtful details such as black and white trim, Italian acrylic dot inlays, Taylor nickel tuners, and a faux tortoiseshell pickguard give this Studio Special Edition a clean, updated look that still feels unmistakably Taylor.

Warm all-solid tone with added torrefied depth
All-solid sapele back and sides give this model a focused, warm voice with strong midrange presence and musical clarity, while the torrefied Sitka spruce top adds openness, projection, and a touch of played-in maturity. The result is a balanced acoustic voice that works beautifully for strumming, fingerstyle, and everyday accompaniment.

Comfortable Taylor feel with refined Studio details
The Grand Auditorium body shape remains one of Taylor's most versatile and player-friendly designs, offering a comfortable feel with a broad musical range. Rounded body edges, a 1-11/16" nut width, and the smooth West African Crelicam ebony fretboard help create a relaxed playing experience, while the gloss finish and tasteful trim add a more polished overall presentation.

Taylor's ES2 electronics help preserve the guitar's natural acoustic character when amplified, making this a dependable choice for live use and recording. The included structured gig bag adds everyday protection and portability, while the overall package delivers excellent value for players who want a refined Taylor Acoustic Electric with premium all-solid construction.
