TRP Spyre Road Flat Mount Dual Sided Mechanical Single Brake Caliper Silver/Black Front OR Rear TRP was founded on the idea of building the highest quality braking systems available in the bicycle industry. TRP Brakes are designed for superior levels of performance and durability achieved through the use of advanced production techniques, accurate processing and meticulous quality control. By using exotic materials such as Carbon Fiber, Titanium and TT6 Aluminum, TRP brakes set a new industry standard for lightweight and precise control. TRP brakes are extensively tested for reliability and safety on and off-road, and in the laboratory – by a company with more than 20 years experience designing and manufacturing bicycle brake systems.TRP Spyre Road Flat Mount Dual Sided Mechanical Single Brake Caliper Silver/BlackThe TRP Spyre brake is a dual sided mechanical brake where both pads actuate providing even and precise clamping force. This translates into even pad wear and, with the addition of a simple cable barrel adjuster, the pads can be adjusted easily and hassle free. No frustration at completely adjusting the whole caliper, only to have it continue to drag the fixed side, adding wear! All of this in a incredibly thin 40mm wide, 154g slender package that works with any of the drop bar levers on the market. Please note: Flat mount calipers will require the below bracket to mount them to the frame or fork. The only exception is when running a 140mm rotor on the rear as the caliper will mount directly to the frame. For tandem bikes, we recommend the Spyre caliper paired with our 2.3 mm thick rotors. This will give optimum stopping performance for you and your partner.• Dual sided actuation.• Easy adjustment and set up• Recommend 160mm front rotor size - sold separately on our website • Flat Mount available here : https://sprockets.uk.com/trp-flat-mount-f6-rear-adapter---160mm/https://sprockets.uk.com/trp-flat-mount-f5-front-adapter-140/160mm/• Weight: 162g per caliper
