Stellum "Serpens" Cask Strength Single Barrel Rye Whiskey｜ Other Products

Stellum Serpens Cask Strength Single Barrel Rye Whiskey is a single-barrel release from Stellum Spirits, the Louisville, Kentucky sister brand of Barrell Craft Spirits, named as part of Stellum's constellation-themed single barrel series. Where Stellum Rye is a cask-strength blend, the Serpens single barrels showcase one exceptional cask at a time, bottled uncut at 116.94 proof.Stellum's rye program draws on straight ryes from Indiana, Kentucky and Tennessee, and the single barrels are chosen by the Barrell Craft Spirits blending team, one of the most respected in the sourced-whiskey world, for barrels with distinct character. At nearly 117 proof and unfiltered, expect the bright cinnamon-bun spice, butterscotch and orchard fruit that mark the Stellum house style, with more intensity and individuality than the blend. Each constellation bottling is a one-off, with a bottle count limited to what one barrel yields. For fans of Stellum and Barrell Craft Spirits, the single barrels are the ones worth chasing.Buy Stellum Serpens Cask Strength Single Barrel Rye Whiskey online with fast shipping right to your door.
