Genuine｜Teerenpeli Savu Peated Finnish Single Malt Whisky｜ Other Products

Teerenpeli Savu is the peated single malt from Teerenpeli Distillery in Lahti, Finland, the family-owned distillery that has led Finnish whisky since 2002. Savu means "smoke" in Finnish, and the whisky is distilled from peated malt and matured in a combination of 80% ex-bourbon and 20% Pedro Ximénez sherry casks, a recipe chosen by the distillery's ambassadors and fair visitors in blind tastings. Bottled at 43% ABV (86 proof), non chill-filtered, in a 750ml bottle. The smoke is gentle and sweet rather than medicinal, sitting over vanilla and honey from the bourbon wood with a layer of raisin and dark sugar from the PX casks, a soft, malty middle and a long, warm, smoky finish. It is an approachable peated whisky with a distinctly Nordic accent, and a must for peat fans exploring beyond Islay.Buy Teerenpeli Savu Peated Finnish Single Malt Whisky online with fast shipping right to your door.
