Laird's Irish Whiskey｜ Other Products

Laird's Irish Whiskey is a transatlantic collaboration from Laird & Company of New Jersey, America's oldest licensed distillery and the maker of Laird's Applejack since 1780. The Laird family sources and blends premium triple-distilled Irish whiskeys, ships freshly emptied Laird's apple brandy casks across the Atlantic to Ireland, and finishes the whiskey in them for eight months before bottling. The apple brandy casks add a mellow orchard-fruit sweetness to the smooth Irish base: baked apple and vanilla on the nose, a soft palate of honey, light oak and gentle spice, and a rounded finish. It is an easy neat sip and a natural fit for autumn cocktails, a Hot Toddy with cider, or a Stone Fence with apple cider and bitters. This 750ml bottle is a unique cross between Irish whiskey and American apple brandy heritage.
